Pneumatic Rapid Automatic Tapping Machine

Pneumatic Rapid Automatic Tapping Machine has rapid thru hydro-pneumatic supply as well as tapping cycle by means of lead screw mechanism. The tapping cycle includes rapid forward - tap forward cycle - dwell - tap reverse cycle - rapid Return. It has inbuilt tool change interlock & job counter, and clamp/de-clamp cycle for ensuring excellent tooling automation. The machine has no pulling force or reverse cut on component throughout return stroke of tapping. For mass production capacity, it can be attached with multi-spindle heads. Besides, Pneumatic Rapid Automatic Tapping Machine is offered in different models, motor powers and with air-hydraulic cylinder.
